Born into a construction family, Ray built his first home in 1977 at age 20. A talented craftsman and respected leader, Ray had served as structures manager for CC Myers, a nationally-revered general contractor known for completing complex and high-profile multi-million dollar public works projects such as freeways, bridges and interchanges ahead of schedule and under budget. Ray's high level of structural expertise combined with innovative creativity fuels his passion for homebuilding and he enjoys being hands-on and on site on every job

Sherine brings a depth of creative, management and organizational expertise to the Lee Luxury Homes team. She has been building homes since 2000 and works closely with the homeowners in all aspects of the project starting from the design stage, through the build process and down to the final finishes. She works with DRC’s and County Agencies to get the home to the build stage. An interior design consultant, Sherine also has a natural talent for using color, texture, form and function and uses her creativity to ensure stunningly beautiful residential interiors and curb appeal in every Lee Luxury Home built.

Harry has been in the construction industry for his entire career and is known for building high end custom homes throughout northern California including Winchester, Martis Camp, Serrano & Sacramento. Harry joined the Lee Luxury Homes family in early 2014 and his expertise and knowledge that he brings to the team is invaluable. In 2021 Harry transferred from the CA division to NV division to run the Clear Creek home builds.

Brian has over 31 years in the construction industry building homes from all over Northern California. Brian joined the Lee team in early 2021 bringing extensive construction background and knowledge. His broad range of knowledge, experience and attention to detail sets him apart. Married for 26 years, Brian and his wife have two sons and two grandchildren.

With a degree in carpentry Gary has been building for over 26 years. Among other jobs and an expanse of skills, Gary owned and operated a custom barn company with his father until eventually joining the Lee team. A family man, Gary is married and has a son.

Our daughter Jessica holds an early education teaching degree and has over 10 years experience in education. Jessica came to work in the family business in 2010. Highly organized and customer service-oriented, Jessica runs the busy Lee Luxury Homes office handling all aspects of it including accounts receivables, payables and billing. Jessica is married and has blessed us with four beautiful grandchildren.
